All appliances are sold as is. Express Care covers functional parts and labor for 3 years starting from the date of original purchase which is listed on the registration form. Express Care MUST be purchased within the same transaction as each appliance for it to be valid. Express Care is limited to one appliance per policy. Additional policies are required for desired coverage on additional appliances. Express Care repairs on refurbished appliances are free of charge within the first 90 days of purchase. Warranty repairs beyond the first 90 days will require a deductible based on the original sale price (excluding tax) of the appliance. Express Care on new or scratch & dent appliances can be used AFTER the original factory warranty has been exhausted. Warranty repairs beyond the factory warranty will also require a deductible based on the original sale price (excluding tax) of the appliance.

For new or scratch & dent appliances, extended warranty coverage begins after any existing factory warranty coverage expires. All extended warranties expire from 3 years after at the purchase of the appliance, not after a factory warranty expires. With repairs covered by factory warranties, EXPRESS APPLIANCE* will not be responsible for covering additional fees or costs associated with the repair.
If an appliance is deemed irreparable by EXPRESS APPLIANCE technicians, new or scratch & dent appliances covered under Express Care may be subject to full replacement with a similar appliance of equal value or an in-store credit may be issued. Refurbished appliances that are deemed irreparable may also be replaced with a equal or similar product or up to 80% of the purchase price as in-store credit. Replacement or in-store credit is left to the discretion of Express Appliance and is subject to change. THIS IS NOT AN EXTENDED RETURN POLICY.
Appliances purchased for rental properties or commercial use are excluded from Express Care. Proof of purchase and signed warranty form must be provided to our technicians before any repair can be performed. Express Care only covers mechanical problems that prohibit the intended functionality of the appliance. Cosmetic problems, (i.e. scratches, dents, broken shelfs, handles) are NOT covered under Express Care and are the sole responsibility of the customer. In- home service is only available to customers within our service area. For information on our service areas please contact your nearest EXPRESS APPLIANCE. Customers outside of service area must take the appliance to the nearest EXPRESS APPLIANCE for in-store repair. Transportation of the appliance is at the expense of the customer. Misuse or improper install by customers are not covered.
An EXPRESS APPLIANCE service technician must perform any necessary extended warranty service. Service provided by another company voids the warranty. EXPRESS APPLIANCE will not be responsible for any personal property damages due to any appliance purchased. Spoiled food due to appliance failure will not be replaced.
Your Express Care extended warranty premium may be eligible for a 50% Buy-Back credit towards your next purchase. If the Express Care Warranty was NEVER used in the 3 years of the policy. To receive this in-store credit customer, must show that Express Care was never used or never voided by our EXPRESS APPLIANCE technicians. Warranty repairs done on refurbished appliances in the first 90 days do not void eligibility for the Buy-Back in-store credit. Warranty repairs done on new or scratch & dent appliances by the manufacturer that used the original factory warranty do not void eligibility for the Buy-Back in-store credit.
CUSTOMERS MUST REQUEST THIS BENEFIT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THEIR EXPRESS CARE EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN EXPIRATION DATE. IF BENEFIT IS NOT REQUESTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PLAN EXPRATION. THE PURCHASER HOLDS EXPRESS APPLIANCE HARMLESS OF ANY LOST CREDITS.
