I™™ve used this refrigerator for less than 2 weeks and there is a major problem. Ice forms a layer in the bottom of the freezer. I believe it is caused by a failure of the condenser drain system (plugged or other mechanism whereby the defrosting water is not going to the pan, rather dropping to the back and the bottom of the freezer). I contacted customer service who are sending me a new water filter (why, I don™™t know) and wanted me to turn the refrigerator off for an hour to see if that resolved the problem before sending out a repairman. Obviously it did not, now I can™™t get back to customer service as their lines are too busy. This does not bode well for both the refrigerator and Frigidaire as a company.

We purchased our refrigerator June of last year. A couple of months in the power outage button began to go off with sound. We continued to clear the panel but one day the entire panel began to beep and flash. We tried to call some time ago for repair but could never get through. We unplugged the refrigerator which seemed to reset it. Well it has started again even the flashing off the entire screen and once again we cannot get in touch with anyone. We are still within 12 months and need some assistance. Do we call the place we purchased?? So disappointed in this customer service.

The new 25.6 Cu Ft Refer that we purchased as part of our new home is working terrific. Crushed ice everyday in my drinks and cold water. Plenty of space in both the refer and the freezer for a couple weeks of stock. Quiet running machine and looks good too.

I would really like to love this refrigerator, and it does work well, looks nice and makes great ice, but, the design without a deli drawer and there is an extra shelf slot, but not an extra shelf, such a waste. I really need another shelf with a deli drawer to be able to use this entire insides as it should be used. Even looked to see if I could buy it separately, but have not found anyone offering extra shelves or deli drawer.

I had to call customer service twice for them to come and fix a water leak that was happening on the fridge side door. The first guy said that ™the main people™™ had to come and that he was putting an order for that to happened. Never heard back. I called back and had them come out again. Currently waiting for that.

Overall very satisfied. It's a bit noisier than I was expecting and the freezer in a side by side is not super roomy. Evidently, the freezer has a personality of its own with a wide variety of noises depending on the function. It looks great though, and seems to be running smoothly.

Appliances nowadays seem to be more of a status symbol for your home rather than something functional the purchase of this refrigerator was for replacement of a 15yr old Frigidaire gallery that I loved. I hunted and looked for at least a year for another same kind refrigerator but nope you can™™t find one so I ended up buying an LG I had that roughly one month and let™™s just say it™™s not functionable yes it looked good it look pretty I got rid of that, bought a GE profile. Again it looked pretty but it certainly didn™™t have good useable space, so I went back to Frigidaire. I should™™ve stayed w/Frigidaire in the beginning as it has useable functionable space-every inch of it is usable space unlike claims on other brands so Frigidaire you have my loyalty

This model doesn't have many bells and whistles but does the job for which I bought it. The one thing is lacked was a deli drawer but I kept it from my old refrigerator and made it fit nicely.

The Frigidaire 25.6 cu is a beautiful refrigerator. Love the ™smudge proof™™ stainless-steel doors, the water purifying filter which came standard and lastly, the Frigidaire 25.6 had 10-year Comfort Pledge on heat exchanger/compressor (when registered). I did not buy the Frigidaire out of necessity. I had a Kitchen Aid 25.6 side-by-side unit in my kitchen which served us well for 22yrs. The issue was someone had given me an older Kenmore side-by-side which I had stuck in the garage. We got accustomed to having more freezer and fridge storage however, the Kenmore failed after 6yrs. Not sure how old it was when given us. Given the age of the Kitchen Aid, I thought I would replace it with the Frigidaire. We would place older Kitchen Aid unit in the garage which I did.I have 3 concerns with the Frigidaire 25.6 to date. The door shelves are made of heavy-duty plastic which snap into the doors by pushing behind and down over grooves in the door. The shelves are not as solid holding as door shelving in the Kitchen Aid or Kenmore. Also after a week, we noticed the ice maker stopped delivering ice. Lastly, whenever the refrig/freezer doors are opened, its as if the compressor kicks on which does shut off when doors are closed. During the day and without the doors being opened, we ofteb hear a humming sound where we didn™™t have that with either the Kitchen Aid or Kenmore units. At this point, I would rate the Frigidaire as a 3-star yet those 2.5 of that is the appearance and 0.5 for the size and available shelving space. I will contact Best Buy total tech for these 3-nuiances and quite frankly, I may move the Kitchen Aid back in the kitchen and place the new Frigidaire in the garage which was not my original desire or intent. I value rating and reviews when purchasing appliances and hope Frigidaire will take my review to heart to enhance this product. Very beautiful unit but just needs a little tweaking.

We have a few concerns with our new Frigidaire refrigerator. When the refrigerator door is closed, the freezer door pops open a bit, you don't really even notice unless you push on the freezer door - there are no alarms that notify that this has happened. I've also noticed the 'stainless steel' finish is difficult to clean, it shows too many marks.
