Sticky drawer service issue

If fully operational this unit would deserve a 5 rating. It now does not because the convertible middle drawer is very difficult to open close. After some time on the phone and providing pictures to a rep he said the drawer sticks because the unit is not leveled and that he would email leveling instructions to me as soon as his email was functional.
I never received any instructions.
I do have the original manual with instructions. I placed 3 levels on the unit. It is level the front doors are aligned it is squared up. I believe that raising or lowing one leveling device will not affect the middle drawer operation. I need instructions about freeing up the drawer track - presumably to allow space for the drawer to move freely. I will try customer service again. If the result is as unsatisfactory as prior contacts I will want to return this unit.

The refrigerator arrived scratched and I have spent over 15 hours trying to get help. Finally after contacting the BBB I was able to get help. It has been the worst customer service support I have ever dealt with.

Disappointed with the middle drawer. After the installation was finished we found that the drawer was extremely hard to open and close. We went through the appliance dealer to fix it after spending an hour on the phone with LG. They replaced the rails. It did fix it mostly but now the slow close feature is gone. A real bummer after spending over $2000.

I love the style of this refrigerator and the all space inside they really made use of every area. I had a LG refrigerator for 14 years it was great no issues I knew I wanted another one when we moved to our new home I loved all of the features. It arrived on May 16th and we plugged it in June 15th. By mid July we got the F5 error code and I lost all of the food in my refrigerator and freezer. I had company coming to stay with me with no refrigerator so that was stressful. The repair company LG sent out came took a picture of the same code picture I sent them. It took 1 week to get the new part and have it installed hours before our company arrived. The repair company was very good at communications all along. I hope this was a fluke because I would be super sad to get rid of this LG I really really love it It really is a nice refrigerator. One issue you may want to make sure your doors open properly we had to change the design of the kitchen a little bit wut it was worth it.

We bought this over a month ago and it has been the best refrigerator I have ever owned. There is so much room but yet nothing gets lost in it. I love the middle drawer that can either be set for a freezer or 3 different cooler settings.

We purchased this to replace a 16 year old LG fridge and have been nothing but pleased with it.
I love the convert drawer its perfect for cheeses meats and yogurt and keeps them all at a level that my younger kids can easily reach. We also have other LG appliances TVs washer/dryer all of which are connected through the app which has some handy features because theyre all connected Ill get a notification pop up on my TV saying things like the refrigerator door is open which is useful. This fridge has tons of room which I love fits everything for organization and Costco runs ha and it looks beautiful. Its easy to keep clean and having the dual ice maker is a bonus.
The freezer is spacious and nicely lit the ice there is perfect for when you need more for parties or to fill water bottles in the summer.
We did have one small hiccup with it where the water didnt want to change from the cubed ice button. The smart diagnosis didnt come up with anything but it did have a tip about the ice being frozen somewhere so I turned it off and left it for awhile. It started to work and we havent had an issue since.
There are two reasons that I would deduct a star but theyre minor ones so I left it at five stars.
One the finish on this fridge scratches VERY easily. I put a couple of magnets on it right after peeling off one side of the plastic and they left small scratches weve left the plastic on the other pieces now for months to avoid this issue. Since then I only have magnets on that side if theyre over something thats soft.
Second I think the door water dispenser could be a little more user friendly. It isnt a huge deal which is why we still love the fridge but having to press the button twice sometimes to cycle through cubed/crushed/water is annoying.
Other than that this fridge is great. Id recommend it to anyone and LG does have great customer service. Ive had sales reps and technicians multiple tell me that when buying new appliances. You have to like a company that stands behind their products. So long as they continue to do so theyll have our business.

sadly ...my fridge drawer had only one divider but has four slots upon this discovery i spent hours trying to contact customer service and was shifted around or disconnected while on wait. After numerous attempts i spoke with an attendant who took all my info and all the fridge info and after she spoke with someone via electronic or in personz i was on hold she indicated additional drawer dividers wer being shipped to me YAY..ONLY PROBLEM...THEY NEVER ARRIVED

Its great so far except the Full Convert Drawer. This is a new model and works on plastic/nylon gears to open and close. Its very difficult to open and close. LG repair person was out on 12/21/23 and had not seen this model yet. He actually phoned office to confirm this is how it is now made Prior models were apparently on a ball bearing system like the freezer drawer which opens much easier. We purchased through Costco and were only able to view online.
We even went to Home Depot to look but this model was not in the store. Im concerned that the gears will break as it is so difficult to open and close

I used it for about 5 days after installing it. As of now I am very satisfied.
The design is modern and very nice without any unnecessary elements. The temperature in the refrigerator is also very good.
Ice comes out of the door and is made separately in the freezer but I also like the fact that you can save more space in the freezer by not making ice in the freezer during the winter when you dont use much ice.
And especially the full convert drawer in the middle can be set separately to the desired temperature and as a Korean I set it to the temperature of the kimchi refrigerator so it is a really great advantage to be able to store foods with a strong smell such as kimchi separately.
The compressor is very quiet and the refrigerator door is anti-slam so it closes very smoothly.
Because it connects to the ThnkQ app through Wifi various settings can be made through the app and it is very convenient and good to monitor power usage the number of times the refrigerator door is opened energy saving settings and whether the refrigerator is operating properly.
In addition to all of the above advantages it also has a lot of space making it an ideal refrigerator.
I have looked into many refrigerators over the years but I think this refrigerator is the most ideal refrigerator for what I wanted.

We received our LG 29 cubic inch refrigerator earlier this month. The layout and size of the refrigerator is very functional so we can more efficiently place items for storage which makes it easier for us to find them later on.
