Weve had this washer for a few months and have found it to be truly excellent. The capacity is quite impressive the features are plentiful and easy to use it is very efficient in both water and energy use and it makes very little noise. All our laundry loads have been perfectly cleaned with minimal detergent. The built-in diagnostics and maintenance features make it very easy to keep the washer clean and in optimal condition.

The washer does a great job cleaning the clothes. It has lot of pre program modes which make it easy to select. The wifi feature makes it convenient to track when the load is done. The only upgrade I can think of is allowing the door to be switched easily - left and right side. Having a french door style opening will enable easy transfer to dryer.

We bought the washer and Dryer few months back. It is quiet and all it is advertised to be. The installation required calling a plumber because our Old washer could not be easily disconnected by installer from Best Buy. Although it did not require anything special. I am writing this because we had that for over 10 years and no major issues. Just getting old.

We retired our 15 year old LG Tromm on a Thursday first replacement was of another brand bought on Friday and returned to the store on Monday new out of the box agitator failed so with a laundry backlog we bought this new LG front loader. This machine made short order of five days of laundry in no time. When the day comes the dryer goes kaput well be getting a LG dryer not just to match colour style but quality too.

Im able to put a large load in without worrying it wont wash thoroughly or throw it off-kilter i.e. down comforter. I do use the self-cleaning cycle because it will start to smell like mildew about once a month. I have had to service it for suds level issues. It was resolved under warranty. It is beautiful functional and makes me happy when doing laundry

I purchased the LG Washer and dryer along with an extended service plan from Home Depot. I asked them if I needed service if there were any issues getting service. They said no. Ive been trying to the washer fixed for over a month. They scheduled an appointment for June 8th on the afternoon of June 8th the called and said they cant make it. Now they scheduled a new appointment for July 8th. Why is it so hard to get service on your product?

We got this LG washer together with the LG dryer thru Costco. It was delivered 3 weeks ago. I admit my wife I had a little bit hard time trying to configure it. Of course we first read the manual do all the stuff needed before using it plus registering it online etc. its kinda more advance machine for us because we only have a basic washer before for 8 years not to techie like our new LG washer dryer now. Now were confident using both this washer the dryer. I love that it has an app that I can use esp. when its reminding me when the wash cycle are done. I like also the color design because it matches our laundry room. Plus I can hook it up with Alexa it exites us. It feels like were in the futuristic kind of movie

So far so good as far as washing is concerned. Clothes are cleaned thoroughly and there have been no problems in the first two months. Here are two features that might affect your decision however. 1 the drainage hose is less than five feet long. Youll need to purchase an extension hose if your drain is not directly behind the washer. 2 The WiFi feature doesnt work at all with a dual band router 2.4 and 5 GHz. You need to make sure you have a single band 2.4 GHz router if you want to enable the WiFi.

Really rough on clothes

I really wanted to love this washer but Im extremely disappointed. I bought the washer and dryer combo set. I noticed my clothes were fraying and even have found a few holes after washing my clothes. An LG technician came out and replaced a part with the dryer. He was kind and attentive. However he could not locate the issue with the washer.Now been able to identify the washer is the issue. However Im worried about an LG technician coming out because if they cannot replicate it then they will charge me for service calls. Im also too busy in my schedule to have LG continuously come out. Im extremely disappointed in this product and Im going to try reaching out to the dealer to have it returned.

Deceptive Model Features

My previous LG and our other LG washer dryers still owned by our family all produce steam. Clothes from the wash come out hot. I bought the latest and highest end models if LG front load which I was told after numerous service calls doesnt really produce hot steam. I hate my machines and LG and their third party warranty partners are useless.

Weve now had our washer for a few weeks. It is leaps and bounds better than our old top load washer that would leave fuzz and residue on anything that was hung dry. Also much quieter and smoother operations. Happy so far. The only negative is not being able to swap the side the door opens but this is due to the lock and the way our laundry room is laid out.

Extremely dissatisfied Purchased brand new set of Washer and Dryer after reading countless reviews that painted nothing but a good picture of these machines. After installation it took just 4 loads of my kids laundry for the washing machine to begin to leak. Checked all of the necessary troubleshooting and common areas for leaking was unable to find the issue. Just requested a service on the unit. Overall just very disappointed after having the stress of replacing a broken washing machine the set was not cheap and I opted for the higher end model hoping to received the quality and expectations equivalent to the price tag but it fell incredibly short. So now once again my family is without a washing machine until this issues can be resolved. But while looking at some of the lower-end reviews this is a common problem and there isnt a resolution in sight. A technician has not yet arrived and assessed the unit at the time of this review. I will give credit where credit is due according to my wife for the few completed washes the machine completed. She was very impressed on the results of removing the stains and dirt from our toddlers clothing.

I was hesitant about the use of such low water but the washer performance is excellent. Everything comes out so clean. I washed a tablecloth with tomato sauce stains and did not pre-treat them. The tablecloth came out clean as new. Amazing. I washed my throw rugs and they were perfect. No more trips to the laundromat for rugs and comforters. Yay
