We are pleased with the washer washing our stuff. As the washer is in the hallway connecting the garage to the house it much to low for us to hear. Also I have not been able to connect to our WIFI system. This is the only item we have out of several that would not connect to it

Easy ordering process with Costco. Very quick delivery installation of new washer and dryer as well as haul away of the old appliance. We have been using it for 3 weeks and so far happy with both the washer and dryer. They are Wi-Fi enabled and you can monitor and get notified of wash cycle/dryer cycle completion via the ThinkQ app.

Washer works great

Ive had this washer a few weeks now and Im really impressed at the great job it is doing. It uses less water and the Turbo Wash feature ensures that all of the clothes are being cleaned effectively while at the same time using much less water than my old top load machine did. The large capacity means fewer loads per week and I am also able to wash large blankets and comforters at home now. The programmed cycles work very well and this machine doesnt take very much longer than my old top loader did to complete a load. The cycle time seems to vary based on the weight of the load sensed at the beginning of the cycle. The washer and dryer are stackable which helps save on space if space is limited. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of reliable use from this machine. The only complaint I have is with the ThinQ app. It is a bit nosey when it comes to your home network and any device attached to it. Read the EULA. I just dont use it and uninstalled it after reading it. The machines work fine without it. I would recommend this machine to anybody looking to replace a washer. The matching dryer works very well too.

Now I know what clean clothes should look and smell like Setting the wash cycles took me a few to figure out however it has been worth every penny I spent on this machine plus bonus save on water detergent and I qualify for a rebate from our power company

I bought this set through Costco. Delivered and installed by their technicians. A week later leaking water from some unobservable location. Now waiting for a follow up service call. Thankfully Costco offers no question returns or exchanges so apart from the frustration no harm done. As far as the ease of use its pretty smart maybe too smart. There may be features Ill never discover. One irritation is the lack of illumination on the control panel. Its very hard to read the control options. Seems like a silly oversight. Bottom line is Ill keep it assuming the leak is resolved.

What a splurge treating myself to a washer replacement after the matching 30 year old dryer ceased to work. This is my first front loader. The machine works well so far and I can tell it gets clothes cleaner than my workhorse 30 year old top loader. It provides enough settings for every type of need and I still have learning to do. I have a king mattress cover that is wool and resembles the inside of an UGG boot. That needed an extra rinse cycle no surprise there. This machine set is one of the smaller cube sizes so it fit pretty well in my smallish laundry room. I had problems connecting to the app and had to drop the effort in frustration for another time. So I cant speak to working the machine with the app. Once I figure it out I may set up a couple of customized loads.

I LOVE MY LG WASHER

I purchased my LG washer and dryer nearly three years ago. I love them both. Both have a great selection of settings that meet my needs. Although I use a packet to refresh and clean my washer the tub clean setting works just as well. I can go from delicate wash to sanitary. There is a setting for every need. Some have problems with order but I have learned to wipe the door door facing and the seal outside and inside with a dry rag or cloth then leave the door and product draw partially open slightly. This has solved my problem of odor that I had at first. I love my washer and dryer.

Beautiful design difficult install.

I really really like this washing machine. Its design is elegant and its very easy to use. The only issue I need to mention is the poor documentation on the installation. There are screws designed to keep the drum in place during transport which need to be removed prior to use. This is likely very obvious to anyone who as installed one of these before but it wasnt to me. I read the paperwork I balanced I attached hoses correctly etc. but I missed the part about removing the *huge* screws prior to use. A sticker that says Remove drum screws before first use would have been really nice.

We bought this washer 6 weeks ago and would have preferred to have a top loader machine as that is what we had before. However this machine does a great job in getting our clothes clean and we have a toddler and is very easy to use. We like the preset cycles and the ability to adapt those settings as needed. The machine is low to the ground and it is a little hard on the back to bend over to get clothes out. I did read that others had purchased the pedestals to overcome this problem. Its not that big of a problem for us. I was also a little disappointed that I cannot reverse the door to open from the other side. Again this is a relatively minor thing for us.

Drain hose is attached at bottom and is too short

I got this delivered 8/19/22 and it was not installed because the drain hose didnt reach the drain pipe as the hose is attached at the bottom left of the washer and had to go up 30 inches so it didnt reach the pipe located to the left of the washer. LG doesnt sell a longer hose or hose extension. Also the pipes where the input hoses attach are not securely connected to the machine. I am returning it.

Mold habitat

First front loader. Should have read honest reviews. Why do these companies still sell the front loaders after being found responsible in court for so many mold illnesses. Back to top loaders. LG still a great brand but needs to keep customers health a priority. The mold is so bad by the time you see it.

I bought this washer almost a month ago and have used it about half-a-dozen times since then. It is easy to use. The feature I like about it is that it is highly efficient. However its LG Thin Q application is difficult to set up. When connecting it keeps asking for a password but there is no password to be found and no guidance about it. The machine is of stainless steel strong but the pedestal is plastic weak.

Its Got It All

This is my first LG appliance and Im so happy I bought it. I had to replace an older front load washer with pedestal and did a lot of online research before deciding on LG. If I had to pick my favorite option it is Turbo Wash. Not only do clothes come out clean but it saves time water and energy. The controls are easy to use the machine is quiet the filter cleaner is a big bonus and the design is beautiful. You covered everything one could want in a front load washer even the little tune it plays when finished--much better than the standard beep. Thanks LG

Seems to work well

Seems to work well. Too many settings without the ability to change all available options for instance changing wash temperature and spin speed. Speed wash is nice 15 minutes and seems to work well for small lightly soiled loads.

Lots of features

Had for two weeks and so far works great. Pretty easy to learn the controls and features. Well see how it stands up to our hard water in Arizona. Waiting for warranty replacement of doordelivered with chipped glass to review LG customer service but so far smooth communication via Costco.

Its so quiet

My washer is in the kitchen of my home. Its so quiet i dont even know that its running half the time. Love all the cycle choices too.
