We needed a refrigerator-freezer in the little bungalow we'd just bought in the Central Bench area of Boise. We Googled a few places nearby and visited a couple of them. We were impressed by the selection at the Overland Outlet and found just what we were looking for. At a great price! Zach promised that it would be delivered in two days time and he didn't disappoint. Express Appliance Outlet's crew - Adam and Zak - showed up well within the appointment window and quickly and efficiently brought our Samsung Bespoke Bottom-Mount refrigerator down into the basement apartment, expertly navigating narrow stairs and a tight corner without touching a wall. Then they expertly reversed the doors, as Zach had promised they would, leveled the unit and removed and carried away all the packing material. Shout out to Zak & Brian for a smooth and quick job! Needed a new washer put in and an old one hauled off (up and down some narrow stairs no less) and these guys did it in under an hour. Very good customer service, very friendly.

I was looking for a small hinge screw for my dryer door. I called all the big hardware stores with no luck. Even tried a wholesale appliance part store but they didn't have the part. I was feeling like I wasn't going to be able to find it anywhere and was goin to have to wait for it to be shipped all the way from Louisville later in the week. Then I called express appliance and they said come on in I know we have the part. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and the woman I talked to ran in the back a matched the screw with one they had in the back. Saved the day! Really friendly place that I would definitely recommend.
